PACKAGING BEYOND PROTECTION.™
ARTODD is a design-led packaging solutions company. We develop purpose-built systems around what the package must do—from structural security and specialized closures to temperature-sensitive protection.
Purpose-built corrugated structures, integrated dividers, barriers, and closures developed around a specific operating challenge.
Design features that help discourage access, reveal possible opening, and support a more secure, professional packout.
Customer-specific ISGARD™ temperature protection powered by Thermoloc® Technology and supported by evidence.
STRATEGIC MATERIALS PARTNERSHIP
BioNatur brings a full platform of anaerobically biodegradable, recyclable-where-collected flexible polyethylene materials. ARTODD brings application discovery, specification development, customer testing, and commercial execution. Together, we can support the complete BioNatur offering—not one product, one gauge, or one market.

THE BIONATUR DIFFERENCE
ONE TECHNOLOGY · MANY FLEXIBLE-PACKAGING FORMATS
Pre-stretch, machine-stretch, hand-stretch, and shrink-bundling films in application-specific sizes and gauges.
Single-wound, centerfold, and perforated sheeting, plus tubing and center-slit gusseted tubing.
Centerfold, separated, gusseted, and flat bags; perforated sleeves; sheets; and commercial trash bags.
Bubble wrap and VCI anti-corrosion films and bags for protective and demanding industrial applications.
BioNatur can manufacture flexible polyethylene film or packaging around a customer’s particular requirement.
BioNatur reports up to 99.7% biodegradation in 1,697 days under ASTM D5511 anaerobic conditions, with total-petroleum-hydrocarbon testing indicating no plastic remained after the test. Actual rates vary with environmental conditions. Product availability, labeling, and claims require jurisdictional and application review; California, Maryland, and Washington restrict biodegradable-related labeling for plastic products and packaging.
THE ARTODD EVIDENCE STANDARD
We do not exaggerate performance. We engineer it, test it, document it—and let the results speak for themselves.
“Confidence isn’t a promise. It’s engineered.”
THERMOLOC® TECHNOLOGY
Thermoloc® is the enabling insulation platform inside ISGARD™ systems. Developed by our strategic partner SeaWise, it can be tailored in size, thickness, and configuration for a specific cold-chain application.

THE ISGARD™ PRODUCT FAMILY
Choose a starting configuration. Final geometry, thickness, and packout are developed from the product, lane, temperature range, and protection window.
A streamlined ISGARD™ configuration developed around the shipment.
Additional thermal structure for more demanding applications.
A higher-protection configuration developed from the shipment requirements.
Triple Brick architecture paired with an application-specific cold liner.
Configurations are starting points. Final construction and performance depend on payload, refrigerant, ambient profile, distribution lane, packout, qualification evidence, and an approved application specification.
ISGARD™ TECHNOLOGY · THE KEDELING™ PROCESS
Kedeling™ is the controlled scoring and pinching process used in ISGARD™ thermal packaging to create engineered fold locations within the insulating material.

The Locking Divider Carton demonstrates how ARTODD turns security, product protection, assembly speed, and manufacturability into one intentional corrugated structure—not a collection of add-on components.

LOCKING DIVIDER SHIPPING CARTON
Engineered for strength. Designed for security.
Final construction and performance require engineering review, testing, and approved specifications.
ONE-PIECE PRODUCT BOX CONCEPT
This one-piece paperboard concept folds into a clean standalone square box with a flat footprint, gently curved top, and two integrated upright side-fold handles. The simplified form creates a distinctive presentation package without a separate rear wall or carrier component.

ORIGINAL PHYSICAL PROTOTYPEThe real four-step folding sequence that proved the one-piece structure—shown alongside the refined standalone-box direction above.

FROM FLAT TO FINISHED BOXPurposeful one-piece geometry with no separate carrier component.
Concept applications are illustrative. Final dimensions, board grade, closure behavior, load capacity, food-contact requirements, and performance require engineering review, physical testing, and approved specifications.
PACKAGING INNOVATION PARTNERSHIP
ARTODD has partnered with THATBox™ to combine innovative corrugated architecture with ISGARD™ temperature protection in a more thoughtful cold-chain shipping system.
TWO ALTERNATIVE TOP-CLOSURE DESIGNS
Although the flap configurations differ, both designs are intended to close without external top tape, support efficient packout, and make visible signs of opening or possible tampering easier to identify.
THATBox™ configurations shown are conceptual. Final carton construction, closure method, performance, and ISGARD™ integration require engineering review, testing, and approved specifications.
INDUSTRIES
Protection systems developed around what the product needs—not assumptions borrowed from another shipment.
